Support
Following your site launch Stiff Design will continue to support your website and fix any unintended defect or imperfection of character or of structure and appearance that is brought to our attention.

If your website is hosted on a third party Virtual Private Server (VPS) or Dedicated Server you can request Stiff Design to manage your server, website and domain and we will negotiate a fixed annual fee for providing these additional services. Alternatively, we undertake work on a request by request basis and charge you an hourly rate.

If your website is hosted on our own hosting platform you will benefit from our fully managed service as part of your package.

Our relationship with our client is very important to us and we intend to be around to help in any way we can.
