ease is an effective content management, document management and database management tool consolidated into a single administrative interface. It make updating and maintaining a websites content or database records a simple process.

The ease system is designed to be adaptable and scalable with a modular approach to website tasks using extensions which can be deployed on any website project using the core ease functionality.

At its heart the core functionality is an eclectic mixture of open source and propriety software in fusion with our own methodology, style and implementation.

The ease system is ideally suited for customers looking for a suite of standardised features and functionality which can be tailored to their individual project requirements, without incurring the associated development costs of bespoke project builds.

What is ease website management system?

ease is a back-end administration area that can be used to manage key areas of website functionality. It is a cost effective alternative to developing a bespoke system to manage your website.

ease is essentially a collection of functions which gives website administrators the facility to perform common website tasks and to manage the site content.

A task can be simply defined as an activity such as changing text or images on you website, adding news, professional articles or case studies to your website. Tasks that ease can currently undertake are listed above while many more are planned for the future.

What’s not included in the service fee?

The following are not included as part of the ease management service fee.

We will work closely with you in developing your website design and logo and integrate this into the ease system as a separately costed item.

You will be responsible for providing all copy for the website content, leasing with third party service providers were applicable and conforming to third party terms and conditions.

How can ease management benefit my new website?

If your website project is likely to include any of the listed features available to the ease management system then ease management might be of benefit to you. As we have already developed common core functionality we can integrate this into your own unique website design saving you the cost of developing bespoke administration systems.

Is ease right for my website?

If you envisage updating your website on a regular basis you will need to have a Content Management System (CMS).

ease includes a feature packed CMS which allows non technical people the ability to update text and images using a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) text editor. Further features allow you to simply compile slideshows image galleries, document download lists, news articles and more.

The development of the ease system is based on a common implementation of standard website features. There, however, is a great deal of flexibility in deploying the feature so that no two websites look or behave entirely the same.

Can the ease system be adapted to non standard approaches in some tasks?

Yes. As we are essentially a bespoke website design and development business we can adapt any of the ease systems towards your own unique specifications or requirements. We can also build bespoke extensions specifically for your project where required.

How much does it cost to build a website with an ease management back-end?

We provide the ease back-end system as a service and charge a fixed monthly fee for its use. Fees are based on the number of features and extensions you wish to incorporate into your website.

You are only charged for the features you choose to use. The cost of using the system is proportional to the complexity of integrating the system into your own website front-end. Hence the more features and the more complexity involved in integrating the system, the higher the monthly premium.

Your hosting is included within your monthly premium so there are no other overheads for operating our system.

You are solely responsible for paying for third party services that you use in connection with our system and are similarly responsible for adhering to third party terms and conditions of use.

How is the ease system integrated into my website front-end?

Simply, we host your website on our specifically configured web server and include the ease management system back-end into your hosted web space. We then design and build your website front-end incorporating the feature set you have opted to use.

How is the ease system maintained?

As we are providing the service we will also maintain the system for you and back-up your content daily.

Can I add-on features and available extensions?

Yes you can add-on as many features and extensions that are available and we will incorporate them into your website front-end. Once we have incorporated the new feature your monthly premium will reflect the additional package price.

Is there a lock-in period for the use of the ease system?

Yes there is a lock-in period of 12 months, after which time you are free to terminate the arrangement.

We try to keep the cost of ownership down as much as we can and for that reason we need to fix a minimum supply period for use of the service and for our integration work.
